Are you looking for a large skillet that will handle a bunch of different dishes, from large to small? This one will be perfect for that objective. The #10 skillet is large enough to handle almost a pound of bacon but can also handle sauces, and also fry up some eggs in the morning. Often folks go with a #8 to start as they are the most commonly available. But when they want to fry up some steaks or a larger protein, they usually start looking for a 10. This one does not sit flat so its best for a gas or electric coil stove and not glass or induction.
