Cast and Clarabell has the best cast iron pieces, hands down and their customer service couldnβt be better.
Iβve bought several pans over the years, for myself and as gifts, from C&Cb and every piece is meticulously brought back to life.
Iβm not sure how they do it, but every single piece is ready to use out of the box, nothing ever sticks, and each piece is beautiful.
Iβve bought a few pieces from other sellers but they cannot compare. I highly recommend Cast & Clarabell for all your cast iron needs.
The customer service was A+. My emails were answered very quickly and Phil could not have been nicer! My Griswold is excellent, in fact I used it within an hour of receiving it. I bought some of their conditioning balm and I have to say it is the best I have ever used. The packing was superb, they really care about getting to you safely. I also loved the personal written thank you card they enclosed, it was a very nice touch and much appreciated. Thank you Phil! I can't recommend this company enough!!!
This is my favorite place to shop for cast iron. They know what they are doing.
This was the best purchase I have made in years. The pan is stunning and perfectly restored and seasoned. I very much look forward to my next purchase! Thank you!!!!!
This is my 1st ever Griswold skillet and I love it already. Cooked fried eggs with sauteed mushrooms and asparagus, flawlessly. I get so excited about having the privilege to cook on a fine skillet that is almost 100 years old.
The item arrived well packaged and exactly as described. My pan was in pristine condition and it even still has the factory swirl marks on the cooking surface. I'm a very satisfied customer =)
Great product as expected. Great service also.
Great transaction.
A really lovely no. 7 cast iron skillet in great condition. Packaged with exceptionally high standards and attention to detail. I am pleased.
Item arrived promptly, was packaged very securely and was exactly as advertised
I recently purchased a skillet and had some questions in regards to its use. I sent an email and within just a short amount of time, someone called me back with some suggestions. In this day and age of virtually non-existent customer service, I can't believe I actually got some help...let alone via a personal phone call! You guys are the best! And the pan is great, too! I'll be back for more!!
3 Quart Sauce Pot! Waited a while for that to come around! Snagged it! LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!!! β€οΈ π π
Another quality purchase from Cast & Clara Bell. I was so excited when I opened the box to see how well packaged it was. Great job for sure.
Packaged carefully and pans were in exactly the condition described. I am impressed at how light, smooth, and beautiful these vintage pans are compared even to new vintage-style cast iron that I paid almost as much for. Five stars, highly recommended.
I love my new to me griddle! Just made some quesadillas and I look forward to a lifetime of pancakes and grilled cheese!
This is my third order from Cast & Clarabell. They are great to work with, the items are shipped really fast, and they the items are so securely packaged that I think the Samsonite gorilla would have a difficult time damaging them :)
Great customer service and a very nice Dutch oven.
Fantastic sellers of cast iron and seasoning supplies. I will continue to buy from them!
It turned out better than expected! C & C do a wonderful job reseasoning; getting them ready for daily use! Cast iron is a must have in my life it can go from the fire to the flat top! If you take care of it; it will take care of you! C & C have a lifelong customer in me!
Skillet was ready for use fight out of the box and was beautifully reconditioned. Customer service was wonderful with quick shipment and reasonable shipping cost. I would definitely shop here again!
We just received our pan and OMG, it is so beautiful!! My husband thought it was a small version of the Field Company pans we also have. He was surprised to hear itβs vintage! We look forward to using it for so many years to come. I already used the balm and it goes on so nicely. The packing job was perfect. Nothing out of place. Thank you so much again, we will definitely come to you with any future pan orders. π₯°
I was really impressed with the quality and care used to restore the three pieces that I purchased. If you're looking for a company that takes pride in their products, then this is it!
great customer service and exceptional products
The website is easy to use and apply filters, etc. I value their expertise in knowledge and history of the various pieces, and the care they take in readiness for shipping safely.
before I bought this long life B, i wanted to know what the letters stood for & if the A or B were heavier than just a straight long life??
could you still please explain?? thanks
Absolutely beautiful skillet. The description was spot on. Phil and Renee were amazing to work with. This whole purchase started with a #6 that ended up having a crack (that they found before shipping) They quickly found me a replacement that I choose to hold off on and then I ended up getting a #10 instead. I couldn't be happier with the skillet and the service I received. I highly recommend Cast & Clara Bell. I will always come back and look for new additions. Thank you all very much
