ABOUT THIS PIECE....
This vintage skillet by Favorite Foundry was made in the early first half of the 1900's. It's one of their "Economy" skillet lines using the Miami (they were in Miami Co., OH) diamond logo. Restored and seasoned three times with organic beef tallow, it is ready to go the minute you get it home! With each use, your cooking surface will continue to look better as the piece will build up a glass-like surface. Sits flat and no spin on a glass cook top means it is perfect for any cooking surface.
