1920‘s Vintage Griswold Small Block Round #9 griddle has been fully restored and seasoned three times with our oil blend. This pan was sold to us in a group of Griswold skillets from a woman that grew up in Doylestown, PA. She had a love for Griswold iron and this was a regular griddle of hers. The surface is remarkably smooth and will darken with each repeat seasoning. We strip our pans down to the bare iron before seasoning so its fully renewed for daily use and will display beautifully in your gourmet kitchen.
