The Favorite Foundry (OH) was an early 1900's foundry that was only in production until roughly 1938, when the foundry was burned down in a riot created by its workers during the Great Depression. We love everything about the story an history of The Favorite (Piqua) / Chicago Hardware foundry, and we LOVE this htf enameled skillet.

The foundry was known to experiment with new designs and this blue enameled skillet was one of the last to be created before the factory burned. The only enamel is on the skillet bottom, which helps prevent rusting on the underside, but looks striking on display!

The piece has been stripped and seasoned fully so it is ready to use! Don't miss the opportunity for this one. They are hard to find, ESPECIALLY being complete!
