This fabulous Griswold Iron Mountain series, from the 1940‘s, is a fantastic piece to add to your collection or use as an everyday piece of history in your kitchen. Griswold made a few brands, some that had word mark logos and others that did not. The Iron Mountain series was a price fighter series, but just like the Victor‘s and Good Health Series, these are AMAZING to cook with! Light and durable, you‘ll fall in love with this series.
The skillet does not sit flat so be aware it will move on glass so best for gas and electric coil.

It’s pretty much exactly what I expected.
Not perfectly cut, but a repurposed old number seven Griswold pan turned into a perfect utensil for me to use on my grill.

I love the flop griddle. I been looking for one a long time. I intend to use it this winter when I start cooking on my wood burning cook stove.
This pan is fabulous. From the first egg, no sticking at all (as long as you don’t overheat the skillet first!) Near mint condition and beautifully restored. If you are looking for the perfect fried egg, you’ve found your vessel.This is my second griswold from these folks, and I will keep coming back as they do a really terrific job.
