Birmingham Stove and Range produced some of the nicest skillets, Dutch ovens and cast iron cookware in the south in the Early to Mid 1900's. The Red Mountain Series was one of the earliest to be produced, with the earliest having handmade, hand scribed marked pieces. This #8 skillet has been restored and seasoned three times in our oil blend, and are ready to use when you receive them! No cracks or damage to be seen and it sits flat on glass. Great for all cook tops!

It’s pretty much exactly what I expected.
Not perfectly cut, but a repurposed old number seven Griswold pan turned into a perfect utensil for me to use on my grill.

This pan is fabulous. From the first egg, no sticking at all (as long as you don’t overheat the skillet first!) Near mint condition and beautifully restored. If you are looking for the perfect fried egg, you’ve found your vessel.This is my second griswold from these folks, and I will keep coming back as they do a really terrific job.
