There are a few variations of the classic Griswold #7 Large Block, Tite-top Dutch Oven (about 4 Quarts), and this one has a hard to find enameled lid! This gives a unique protection against rusting when steam is present. There may be a slight spin on a glass surface, as are many dutch ovens of the time. It will not affect roasting in the least.
