VERY cool gift or collectible idea for the holidays OR for the every day grill fanatic! Our spatulas and griddles are handmade by a local artisan here in PA and are one of a kind. These reclaimed pieces are ONLY made when the original skillet has been broken and cannot be used safely anymore as cookware. We would never destroy a piece of history unless the only other option would be to discard it forever. Each spatula and griddle is custom measured, cut and finished smooth. Once shaped, they are restored by our usual methods before seasoning with the same process we use for all of our pieces. These are AMAZING gifts for the person that has everything, the grilling aficionado or the cast iron enthusiast.

This piece was recovered from a very hard to find hammered Griswold deep skillet. You don't see many of them around. When we received this piece cracked in two areas outside of the handle, we thought it was destined for the dump but our spatula guy is amazing and does very cool work. This is a one-of-a-kind piece that no one will ever own besides you.
