My goodness, this is one to have in your "show off" collection! Rare #9 Erie griddle with the diamond logo. Made only for a very brief period, this style has been seen in mostly round and long griddles. Any other piece besides those are even more unlikely to find. The diamond logo says "extra polished ware" and often has ghost marks of other patterns like you see here. This still has some lovely original swirls that came to life when we restored it. Found in the blue ridge mountains, it was in a barn collection that had some rusted pieces. Thankfully this one came through beautifully and the original logo is as lovely as the day it was made. Sits flat.

Itâs pretty much exactly what I expected.
Not perfectly cut, but a repurposed old number seven Griswold pan turned into a perfect utensil for me to use on my grill.

This pan is fabulous. From the first egg, no sticking at all (as long as you donât overheat the skillet first!) Near mint condition and beautifully restored. If you are looking for the perfect fried egg, youâve found your vessel.This is my second griswold from these folks, and I will keep coming back as they do a really terrific job.
