NOTE: This piece is priced to sell because of the rough surface after full rust removal and restoration.Β This is a great first pan for someone just getting into cast iron cooking!Β FYI in case you're wondering, pitting doesn't make food stick, temperature does!Β That's usually the first thought we hear when folks are looking through the priced to sell pieces.Β
Wagner produced a series of slightly modified versions of its "Stylized Logo" and this version was made in the 1930's. It is a favorite in our kitchen because of its stable solid feel and its lightness and ease on the stove. This #8 pan moves on glass so best for gas or coil tops. It has been stripped fully and seasoned three times with our custom iron balm. A beautiful addition to your gourmet kitchen!Β
