IMPORTANT: This one must have been outside for some time in the elements because it has fully restored pitted areas, but a beautiful outside. It was fully stripped down and seasoned but the pits remain. See our blog article on pitting and why these perfectly good pieces are still great daily cookers for those on a budget.
Wagner Ware, made in Sidney Ohio, was known for their amazingly light and smooth cast iron cookware, and this #8 pan is a great example! Perfect for sides and saute's like asparagus and summer veggies. It has been stripped using a lye bath and electrolysis, and has been seasoned 3 times with our oil blend. This is one of the earliest sets made by Wagner and its the FIRST we've seen in this series. Don't miss out on this rarity, it sits flat and does not spin! Rare for a Wagner!
DISCLAIMER: We have prepared this piece to be ready to use or displayed in a collection. All pieces are vintage, and therefore are not in perfect condition. Their history of use means small marks and inconsistencies, including residual carbon, which we feel give them a special charm. All items are sold as is, and we have done our best to present them as such. Please review all pictures and ask for further clarification if needed. Thank you! - Cast & Clara Bell
