This #4 Vollrath is a special piece to have in your collection. Many collectors seek out the #4‘s because of the scarcity, and to complete collections. This unmarked version was made in the early 1900's and is made in true Vollrath fashion, sitting flat and with a beautiful balanced feel. The lightweight handling and sleek handle design make it a must have for any gourmet kitchen! Next to the 14,13 and the elusive #2, the #4 is the most difficult to find and the most valuable to have. This one will be a shining star in your collection!
This is priced to sell because there is a bow to the bottom so it wobbles on a flat surface. It's only usable for gas but a gas stove top will be perfectly fine.
