“Restored to perfection. This is my new daily pan.”

Restoration quality · ready to cookThis late 1800βs made Shepards Foundry #10 Popover Pan is a tough one to find. They made a few versions of the #10 which is similar in style to the Griswold 968 Muffin Pan. An ummarked one like this with the Raised #10 on the bottom and a closed interior frame, and unmarked one with an open frame. Then there is a marked one with both styles. Like all of ours, its been stripped naturally and cleaned through electrolysis before being seasoned three times. We have this half price because it has a small crack in one of the cups featured.Β Generally cracks in cast iron don't affect bakeware like these.Β But we wanted to make sure we disclosed it.Β Enjoy!Β
