Two of the most popular skillets in the large block collectors‘ arsenal are the #8 and the #3 "egg skillet". This one is a beautiful pan that was restored and seasoned three times with our oil blend. Pick up this one for your gourmet kitchen!
IMPORTANT: This skillet moves when prompted so it is not perfectly flat. Acceptable for all cooktops but best for gas and electric coil. Also, the surface of the skillet has what we call "etching". It is a slightly rougher surface that is likely from a previous owner using vinegar to soak the skillet. We do not approve of this process because it can dull slightly the original finish. In short time and use, the skillet will regain more seasoning, but it will just take a little longer with this piece.

I have number 3 through No,10 and No 14 Griswald cast iron pans and the matching covers except the cover for the No. 4 fry pan. I looking for that cover and No. 11. 12, 13, pans and covers. I would appreciate any help you could give me in securing these items. I would also like the No. 2 pan if you were to come across it.

Not perfectly cut, but a repurposed old number seven Griswold pan turned into a perfect utensil for me to use on my grill.
