IMPORTANT: There is pitting on the face of the logo which has it priced to sell. This skillet is one of our absolute favorites and our #9 is a daily user in the kitchen. It‘s holds beautifully well when cooking on the stove and sits flat. The only cosmetic issue is the pitting. This is a great first skillet or a gift for someone that just loves cooking with CI.
If you love the feel and look of Griswold‘s vintage cookware, and are searching for something new, this is a great pan to add to your collection. If you‘re looking for an American historical piece to purchase for yourself or for a gourmet cook who has it all, this is perfect! The Victor line of skillets had five variations and this is the fifth, fully marked series. Made between 1905 and 1909, this, this skillet has been fully restored and ready to use. We stripped it down fully with electrolysis and rebuilt it with three rounds of seasoning. Enjoy!!
NOTE: There is some pitting shown in pictures on the skillet bottom. Its priced to sell so don‘t miss out!
DISCLAIMER: We have prepared this piece to be ready to use or displayed in a collection. All pieces are vintage, and therefore are not in perfect condition. Their history of use means small marks and inconsistencies, including residual carbon, which we feel give them a special charm. All items are sold as is, and we have done our best to present them as such. Please review all pictures and ask for further clarification if needed. Thank you! - Cast & Clara Bell
