WOW, hard to find and over 130 years old! This bailed griddle is an amazing piece to have in your collection. A size 12, this one is in good shape, but like so many of these pre 1900‘s pieces, they were used with love over a sulfur fire in a woodstove. This leaves a fine and even pitting across the bottom surface and a slightly reddish hue to the top side. It looks like it was taken care of very well with the exception of doing its job and being used. So as a result you see the pitting and red hue. Made in the 1890‘s this griddle is perfect for fireside cooking and is an amazingly unique tool for your gourmet kitchen. There are not many of these around so dont miss out!

It’s pretty much exactly what I expected.
Not perfectly cut, but a repurposed old number seven Griswold pan turned into a perfect utensil for me to use on my grill.

This pan is fabulous. From the first egg, no sticking at all (as long as you don’t overheat the skillet first!) Near mint condition and beautifully restored. If you are looking for the perfect fried egg, you’ve found your vessel.This is my second griswold from these folks, and I will keep coming back as they do a really terrific job.
