If you‘re searching for some unique cast iron to add to your collection, consider adding this flat handled, raised #10 skillet. The double pour spout is reminiscent of patterns in the late 1880‘s. It sits flat so its perfect for any cook surface. It is one of the nicest of this age that we‘ve seen. The handle is smooth and the bottom has a really cool raised 10 and foot nubs that make it flat on glass. Rolled lip style. Really cool daily user that's been cooking since the early 1900's.
Priced to sell from refurbished pitting from being left in a moisture rich area. The area was just inside the pan. All rust has been removed and it is 100% restored and ready to use.
Background on Gate Marking: Gate marking is a term used in describing pieces that were cast prior to very early 1900, when gate mark casting became obsolete. Many foundries during this time are considered "no name" or "unknown" foundries, and produced cookware locally without consideration a future need to know their origins! So while its virtually impossible to know the exact date and location of their creation, they were most likely manufactured in the mid atlantic/ohio area. However this is a best guess at best! This pan has been restored and seasoned three times in organic beef tallow. Its got a cool handle reminiscent of the fancy handles, and is a great piece to cook with OR to display in your gourmet kitchen.

I have number 3 through No,10 and No 14 Griswald cast iron pans and the matching covers except the cover for the No. 4 fry pan. I looking for that cover and No. 11. 12, 13, pans and covers. I would appreciate any help you could give me in securing these items. I would also like the No. 2 pan if you were to come across it.
I ordered the egg skillet spatula as a gift for a friend, and let me tell you -absolutely perfect! The customer service is fantastic, and I received a handwritten 'thank you' card with my order. I'm incredibly happy with the quality, and will certainly order from this company again!

My grandfather recently passed and I was given three of his Griswold skillets. I fell in love and had to have more sizes in this collection. This is an amazing pan and has been cleaned/restored and is functioning very nicely. I love it. Great seller and very truthful about the condition of the pan. If you’re considering a purchase here, read and trust the description. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you! -David

Great skillet. Nice shape and I love the history of the foundry. lighter than my #6 Field. Pleasure doing buisness.

It’s pretty much exactly what I expected.
Not perfectly cut, but a repurposed old number seven Griswold pan turned into a perfect utensil for me to use on my grill.
Awesome, unique, and great for the grill!
I love the flop griddle. I been looking for one a long time. I intend to use it this winter when I start cooking on my wood burning cook stove.
