This is a new one for us.  And likely will be the ONLY one for us to offer on the site.  Burlington Foundry is a modern facility in Burlington, MA.  They made this double sided griddle and it is rumored that only a run of 100 was made.  The previous owner recounted to us about the limited supply and although it is one of the more modern pieces we've offered, it is one of the most difficult to find.  GREAT gift for the New Englander you love, or for yourself in your gourmet kitchen.  It can be used on both sides for cooking and will display beautifully.
