This is a special piece to have for your Griswold collection. There were a handful of variations made of this #1 style gem pan by Griswold and this one, Variation 3 is the most difficult to find. They developed and ran patterns that ranged from no markings at all, to a fully marked version with raised lettering. This one is special as its rarity to find is high so not many were manufactured. Its a beautifully designed gem that we've used to make small muffins, cornbread pucks, and even use for poached eggs. We have not seen one like this before so be the first to claim it for your gourmet kitchen!

It’s pretty much exactly what I expected.
Not perfectly cut, but a repurposed old number seven Griswold pan turned into a perfect utensil for me to use on my grill.

This pan is fabulous. From the first egg, no sticking at all (as long as you don’t overheat the skillet first!) Near mint condition and beautifully restored. If you are looking for the perfect fried egg, you’ve found your vessel.This is my second griswold from these folks, and I will keep coming back as they do a really terrific job.
