This is a fantastic, light weight long griddle, perfect for grilled cheese or pancakes over the fire or in your gourmet kitchen. Its surface is slick and ready to use, being fully restored and seasoned three times with our oil blend. A fantastic piece to hang on your wall or display in your kitchen. It is a large block logo, which is highly sought after for cast iron collectors. The long griddles came in sizes 7 through 11, with the 7 and 11 being the toughest to find. It sits flat with just a little movement when pressing at each corner. Cancelled by two business cards.

It’s pretty much exactly what I expected.
Not perfectly cut, but a repurposed old number seven Griswold pan turned into a perfect utensil for me to use on my grill.

This pan is fabulous. From the first egg, no sticking at all (as long as you don’t overheat the skillet first!) Near mint condition and beautifully restored. If you are looking for the perfect fried egg, you’ve found your vessel.This is my second griswold from these folks, and I will keep coming back as they do a really terrific job.
