If you want a skillet that lives in rarified air, and has a story to tell, this would be one of them. Before Griswold had its trademark cross logo, they were known as Erie, and their holloware skillets are some of the earliest versions of the brand. Made in the late 1800âs to the VERY early 1900âs, they made their skillets by hand, one at a time. This beautiful 3rd (of 6 Seriesâ) Series skillet looks almost brand new and cleaned very well. There is a blob from the pattern that was left on the skillet bottom at the 9 Oclock position, adding to its unique charm. We seasoned it three times and will be a beautiful addition to your gourmet kitchen!
Note: It sits flat and is suitable for all surfaces. We used it after the first seasoning to test it out and it performed beautifully. It is a wonderful USER skillet and antique masterpiece for your gourmet kitchen. Enjoy!

I picked up two pieces of Griswold cast iron specifically for breakfast dishes for myself. Couldnât be more pleased with the seasoning and quality of the pieces and how accurate the item descriptions were. Not to mention the prices were exceptional for the quality. Take a gamble with EBay or get what you wanted from Cast & Clara Bell.
After going back and forth between a brand new cast iron skillet and a vintage piece, I finally decided on a Wagner from Cast and Clara Bell. I love the skillet. Itâs a beautiful piece. It shipped quickly and arrived packed so securely. I absolutely cannot wait to use it daily and have a quality piece I can hand down to my daughter someday. I will definitely be purchasing more.

I bought a number seven Griswold pan, when I received it, it was well packaged and in great condition.
I gave it an additional two seasonings with grapeseed oil, and this thing is better than a Teflon pan as far as nonstick goes. I have several cast-iron pans, and this one is my favorite. Thanks to the casting Clara team for doing great work. I added a number seven lead that I already had to it.

Absolutely beautiful piece. Restored to perfection. This is my new daily pan, better than my modern lodge! I ordered 3 different pans, and the packaging was perfect. Everything arrived safe and sound. Antique/vintage iron makes all the difference!! It's worth the investment. These pans will forever be a part of my kitchen, never going back to modern pans.

Exactly as I imagined it, the pan I got was 9â but light for cast iron. It had an incredible finish and I can already tell Iâm going to be using it everyday. The restoration job is amazing, it is way nicer than any cast iron pan Iâve seen to date, and I grew up with my family grew up using cast iron. Thank you for the effort it took to get such a smooth finish, Iâm sure it was a lot for how nice this is. What an incredible find!
