Beautiful big griddle! Sidney Holloware company was only around for a brief decade or so in the late 1800's before it was sold to Wagner Holloware in the same area of Ohio. Similar to the Erie brand, Sidney is a pre-cursor to Wagner's best days. This simple and flat griddle is a true piece of American culinary history. These do not come around often. The last 130 years has treated this griddle well and after full restoration it's a gorgeous skillet to own.
