This skillet was found in upstate NY and it is one of the coolest ones we‘ve seen. The duo-chrome (plated outside but black iron inside) nickel plating was a cosmetic touch to antique skillets but it not found very often in Erie skillets from that era! It has pitting in the center of the pan so please see pictures for best description. There are no cracks or damage and it sits flat so its ok for all cook surfaces!
Most Erie skillets have a high price tag because of the age and durability! This is a great opportunity for you to own an Erie skillet for a wonderful price, discounted only because it does not have collector value. However who cares about collector value when you care about well cooked food! This Erie skillet will bring you years of happiness and will give this skillet a second life! It has been stripped down to its original surface and built back up three layers of our oil blend so its ready to go!
