This 1920‘s Era, LARGE #10 Dutch Oven (835), made by Griswold, is a fantastic piece for your kitchen! The surfaces are beautiful and in great shape with the exception of a small area on the bottom of the dutch, so restoring it was a pleasure. It‘s becoming difficult to find the Dutch ovens larger than a 9, and sizes 11 through 13 are all but non-existent. So the #10 is really one of the largest you can get for soups, stews and chilis. It does not sit flat so it will spin on glass, however most Dutch ovens were not made this way. They were made to be in the oven rather than on a glass surface. Best for gas or electric range stovetops if that is your intention.
