Wow what a beautiful piece to have in your collection. This early 1900‘s Era Wagner "Sidney" # skillet is smooth, bold and beautiful. It‘s heat ring sits flat so on any surface you will be pleased with its performance. This era of skillet was very early in Wagner‘s history and the "arc" logo is one that was only made for a brief period of time in the first decade of the 1900‘s. The were made in sizes 7,8,9 and 10 and are similar to Griswold‘s Erie logo design, and are incredibly light to work with. LOVE LOVE this piece.

It’s pretty much exactly what I expected.
Not perfectly cut, but a repurposed old number seven Griswold pan turned into a perfect utensil for me to use on my grill.

I love the flop griddle. I been looking for one a long time. I intend to use it this winter when I start cooking on my wood burning cook stove.
This pan is fabulous. From the first egg, no sticking at all (as long as you don’t overheat the skillet first!) Near mint condition and beautifully restored. If you are looking for the perfect fried egg, you’ve found your vessel.This is my second griswold from these folks, and I will keep coming back as they do a really terrific job.
