If you‘re collecting Victor fully marked skillets and are searching for a 7, this is a great pan to add to your collection. If you‘re looking for an American historical piece to purchase for yourself or for a gourmet cook who has it all, this is perfect! The #7 is more difficult to find, and the price reflects that, offsetting the minor surface marks from its use over the last 100 years. Made in the 1920‘s, the fully marked skillets feature the full EPU markings, it sits flat and it is fully restored and ready to use. This skillet was acquired in a collection from a long time Griswold collector in Maryland, and we believe was a regular user of his. So we stripped it down fully with electrolysis and rebuilt it with three rounds of our organic beef tallow seasoning. Enjoy!!

I have number 3 through No,10 and No 14 Griswald cast iron pans and the matching covers except the cover for the No. 4 fry pan. I looking for that cover and No. 11. 12, 13, pans and covers. I would appreciate any help you could give me in securing these items. I would also like the No. 2 pan if you were to come across it.

Not perfectly cut, but a repurposed old number seven Griswold pan turned into a perfect utensil for me to use on my grill.
