My goodness, these pancake griddles are in demand! A fantastic display piece, a fantastic pancake maker, it's fully marked and it sits flat! Canton Griddle Co made these in the late 1800's. Flop griddles have become very popular because of their unique engineered flip style for making pancakes, but also because they are tough to find. This one has new bolts on the hinges for added strength. Often the originals would become corroded or cracked and create issues of griddles falling or becoming damaged. Beautiful gift idea for the cast iron aficionado.

It’s pretty much exactly what I expected.
Not perfectly cut, but a repurposed old number seven Griswold pan turned into a perfect utensil for me to use on my grill.

This pan is fabulous. From the first egg, no sticking at all (as long as you don’t overheat the skillet first!) Near mint condition and beautifully restored. If you are looking for the perfect fried egg, you’ve found your vessel.This is my second griswold from these folks, and I will keep coming back as they do a really terrific job.
