1930‘s Vintage Griswold #9 round griddle with slant logo is restored and seasoned for use. The surface finish is glass smooth and displays circular milling from factory finishing. The smooth surface will darken with each repeated seasoning. The X pattern on the bottom assists in heating and is acceptable for all cook surfaces including induction tops. The item number for this griddle is 739 and it bears the Erie marking as well. This is a fantastic pan for daily use and to show off in your gourmet kitchen.
NOTE: This is a tale of two griddles, as the surface is amazing and smooth, but in a previous century, the griddles owner used it outside on a campfire or sulfur heavy heat source which caused the sulfur pitting. The price of the griddle has been changed to reflect this, so its a GREAT piece for camp or for general cooking! This griddle still has LOTS of love to give.

This pan is fabulous. From the first egg, no sticking at all (as long as you don’t overheat the skillet first!) Near mint condition and beautifully restored. If you are looking for the perfect fried egg, you’ve found your vessel.This is my second griswold from these folks, and I will keep coming back as they do a really terrific job.

I recently purchased a number 8 spider pot. I have been looking for one for several years. I give hearth cooking demonstrations at our local rural heritage museum and needed a spider pot for several dishes. The spider arrived in great shape. The packaging was very good. The condition of this spider was like new. I have since used it and can't be more please.
I have been a Griswold collector for 20 + years. Always looking for a piece to add to my cookware cast iron. I don’t hang my pieces I use them daily. I picked up two pieces of Griswold cast iron specifically for breakfast dishes for myself. Couldn’t be more pleased with the seasoning and quality of the pieces and how accurate the item descriptions were. Not to mention the prices were exceptional for the quality. After going back and forth between a brand new cast iron skillet and a vintage piece, I finally decided on a Wagner from Cast and Clara Bell. I love the skillet. It’s a beautiful piece. It shipped quickly and arrived packed so securely. I absolutely cannot wait to use it daily and have a quality piece I can hand down to my daughter someday. I will definitely be purchasing more.
