IMPORTANT: We found this piece with some pitting damage on the bottom because it was left sitting in a barn for a long time where moisture got underneath it. We got to work on it to eliminate any trace of rust and then restored as per our usual with our organic beef tallow. It will make a GREAT daily user. Not perfect, but who is?? Price reduced to reflect the pitting.
LOVE this very unique piece of Griswold history! There aren‘t too many of these around so get it while you can! It is a handy one to have out at the campfire, or to use on the grill when you‘re smoking beans or doing a quick fish fry. Holds about 2 Quarts. Such a cool piece for your gourmet kitchen, OR a fantastic idea for the cast iron enthusiast in your life. Chances are they may not even know this piece exists let alone have one! Get it while you can!

I recently purchased a number 8 spider pot. I have been looking for one for several years. I give hearth cooking demonstrations at our local rural heritage museum and needed a spider pot for several dishes. The spider arrived in great shape. The packaging was very good. The condition of this spider was like new. I have since used it and can't be more please.
I have been a Griswold collector for 20 + years. Always looking for a piece to add to my cookware cast iron. I don’t hang my pieces I use them daily. I picked up two pieces of Griswold cast iron specifically for breakfast dishes for myself. After going back and forth between a brand new cast iron skillet and a vintage piece, I finally decided on a Wagner from Cast and Clara Bell. I love the skillet. It’s a beautiful piece. It shipped quickly and arrived packed so securely. I absolutely cannot wait to use it daily and have a quality piece I can hand down to my daughter someday. I will definitely be purchasing more.
I’ve bought 5 pieces from Cast and Clarabell and show them off to anyone that will give me the time of day. They are all heirloom pieces that I expect my grandchildren to brag about like I brag about my grandmother’s skillet I have.
I bought a number seven Griswold pan, when I received it, it was well packaged and in great condition.
I gave it an additional two seasonings with grapeseed oil, and this thing is better than a Teflon pan as far as nonstick goes. I have several cast-iron pans, and this one is my favorite. Thanks to the casting Clara team for doing great work. I added a number seven lead that I already had to it.

Amazing piece of cast iron. Amazing restoration work by the Seller. The pan looks better than it did 120 years ago when it was made!! So impressed by this piece of cookware. My kids will be getting this beauty when my wife and I are dead and gone.

Absolutely beautiful piece. Restored to perfection. This is my new daily pan, better than my modern lodge! I ordered 3 different pans, and the packaging was perfect. Everything arrived safe and sound. Antique/vintage iron makes all the difference!! It's worth the investment. These pans will forever be a part of my kitchen, never going back to modern pans.
