Note: This skillet is in wonderful condition and is glass smooth. It does NOT sit flat and spins on glass so best for gas or electric coil. It will work of course on glass, but heating will not be uniform. On gas or coil, there will be no issues.

This 1890β€˜s Erie 3rd Series skillet was found not far from us in a barn sale, and was ready to be restored. The Erie skillets are light, balanced, beautiful and highly collectible. Any collector or gourmet cook will appreciate the design and handle of these masterpieces. An amazingly HUGE piece to own, use and display! Most Erie skillets have a high price tag because of their age and durability! This Erie skillet will bring you years of happiness and will give this skillet a second life! It has been stripped down to its original surface and built back up three layers of our oil blend so its ready to go!
