This is a unique and very cool piece made by Griswold sometime after 1908 on behalf of HSB & Co. The rumor has it that the "Rev-O-Noc" name was the reversal of a highly ranked manager in the company by the name of Conover, and that they were produced on a fairly standard Griswold waffle iron base. All pieces are matching and not married. This waffle Iron has a story to tell and will shine in your gourmet kitchen. To make waffles at home or on the campfire on a piece of American history would be a wonderfully thoughtful gift! We have restored the iron fully to bring it down to original bare iron. From there we use our oil blend to bring it back up to user ready status. Just order and you'll be making crispy delicious waffles in no time! Enjoy!
DISCLAIMER: We have prepared this piece to be ready to use or displayed in a collection. All pieces are vintage, and therefore are not in perfect condition. Their history of use means small marks and inconsistencies, including residual carbon, which we feel give them a special charm. All items are sold as is, and we have done our best to present them as such. Please review all pictures and ask for further clarification if needed. Thank you! - Cast & Clara Bell

Let customers speak for us
from 368 reviewsI recently purchased a number 8 spider pot. I have been looking for one for several years. I give hearth cooking demonstrations at our local rural heritage museum and needed a spider pot for several dishes. The spider arrived in great shape. The packaging was very good. The condition of this spider was like new. I have since used it and can't be more please.
I have been a Griswold collector for 20 + years. Always looking for a piece to add to my cookware cast iron. I donβt hang my pieces I use them daily. I picked up two pieces of Griswold cast iron specifically for breakfast dishes for myself. Couldnβt be more pleased with the seasoning and quality of the pieces and how accurate the item descriptions were. Not to mention the prices were exceptional for the quality. Take a gamble with EBay or get what you wanted from Cast & Clara Bell.
After going back and forth between a brand new cast iron skillet and a vintage piece, I finally decided on a Wagner from Cast and Clara Bell. I love the skillet. Itβs a beautiful piece. It shipped quickly and arrived packed so securely. I absolutely cannot wait to use it daily and have a quality piece I can hand down to my daughter someday. I will definitely be purchasing more.
Iβve bought 5 pieces from Cast and Clarabell and show them off to anyone that will give me the time of day. They are all heirloom pieces that I expect my grandchildren to brag about like I brag about my grandmotherβs skillet I have.
I bought a number seven Griswold pan, when I received it, it was well packaged and in great condition.
I gave it an additional two seasonings with grapeseed oil, and this thing is better than a Teflon pan as far as nonstick goes. I have several cast-iron pans, and this one is my favorite. Thanks to the casting Clara team for doing great work. I added a number seven lead that I already had to it.
I ordered an absolutely gorgeous Wagner "golf ball" brownie pan and it arrived beautifully restored and very well packaged. Before ordering, I had a question and received a prompt answer. You can't go wrong with the quality of Cast & Clara Bell cast iron and the care and love for vintage cast iron that they clearly demonstrate.
I absolutely love my first vintage cast iron skillet. Phil has been so helpful in answering my MANY questions, and is always happy to help in any way that he can. It's very clear that he takes pride in his work and is also just a kind human being. I look forward to being a lifelong customer of Cast & Clara Bell.
Iβve made two purchases and both were extremely well packed with care. Both purchases were exactly as described and perfectly prepared for use. The Wapak egg skillet is by far my favorite daily user!
Amazing piece of cast iron. Amazing restoration work by the Seller. The pan looks better than it did 120 years ago when it was made!! So impressed by this piece of cookware. My kids will be getting this beauty when my wife and I are dead and gone.
Nicely seasoned cast iron, very good packaging, and a nice note in the box all come together for a great buyer experience!
Absolutely beautiful piece. Restored to perfection. This is my new daily pan, better than my modern lodge! I ordered 3 different pans, and the packaging was perfect. Everything arrived safe and sound. Antique/vintage iron makes all the difference!! It's worth the investment. These pans will forever be a part of my kitchen, never going back to modern pans.
If you're looking into purchasing, look no further and make the switch to these beautiful restored options.
Mint condition vintage cast iron. Every piece is a work of art.
In great condition but with a unique personality!
Great seller! Packed with care and exactly as
described. My new daily egg skillet.
It is very clean and perfectly smooth!
