There are a few variations of the classic Griswold #8 Large Block, Tite-top Dutch Oven, and this one has a hard to find EZ Clean lid! This gives a unique protection against rusting when steam is present. There may be a slight spin on a glass surface, as are many dutch ovens of the time. It will not affect roasting in the least. Please use pictures for description and message us with any questions! We hope you enjoy this piece as much as we did restoring it.
