Custom made Griswold Cast Iron Skillet Spatula. MONSTER Reclaimed #11 1910's Era Griswold Slant cast iron skillet. SC24
VERY cool gift or collectible idea for the holidays OR for the every day grill fanatic! Our spatulas are handmade by a local artisan here in PA and are one of a kind. These reclaimed spatulas are ONLY made when the original skillet has been broken and cannot be used safely anymore as cookware. We would never destroy a piece of history unless the only other option would be to discard it forever. Each spatula is custom measured, cut and finished smooth. Once shaped, they are restored by our usual methods before seasoning with the same process we use for all of our pieces. These are AMAZING gifts for the person that has everything, the grilling aficionado or the cast iron enthusiast.
Skillet History: This piece was rescued from a HUGE #11 Griswold Slant Logo. Made in the 1910โs originally as a skillet that measures about 13 Inches in diameter, its a big fella for moving around a LOT of food! Itโs a long spatula thatโs a one of a kind! You will LOVE this piece!
