Skillet History: This piece was rescued from a classic #7 Early BSR Red Mountain skillet with single digit c/n. It‘s a little wider than some of our larger skillet spatulas so its perfect for burgers and larger foods on the grill. There is some pitting on the handle that has been fully restored.

It’s pretty much exactly what I expected.
Not perfectly cut, but a repurposed old number seven Griswold pan turned into a perfect utensil for me to use on my grill.

This pan is fabulous. From the first egg, no sticking at all (as long as you don’t overheat the skillet first!) Near mint condition and beautifully restored. If you are looking for the perfect fried egg, you’ve found your vessel.This is my second griswold from these folks, and I will keep coming back as they do a really terrific job.

I could not be happier with my purchase! I have looked for the “perfect” O’Brien & O’Brien skillet to represent my O’Brien family in my new home, and this is it! I couldn’t believe it arrived on the same day that we received our certificate of occupancy. It is now in its place on our wood stove!
