VERY cool gift or collectible idea for the holidays OR for the every day grill fanatic! Our spatulas are handmade by a local artisan here in PA and are one of a kind. These reclaimed spatulas are ONLY made when the original skillet has been broken and cannot be used safely anymore as cookware. We would never destroy a piece of history unless the only other option would be to discard it forever. Each spatula is custom measured, cut and finished smooth. Once shaped, they are restored by our usual methods before seasoning with the same process we use for all of our pieces. These are AMAZING gifts for the person that has everything, the grilling aficionado or the cast iron enthusiast

It’s pretty much exactly what I expected.
Not perfectly cut, but a repurposed old number seven Griswold pan turned into a perfect utensil for me to use on my grill.

I love the flop griddle. I been looking for one a long time. I intend to use it this winter when I start cooking on my wood burning cook stove.
This pan is fabulous. From the first egg, no sticking at all (as long as you don’t overheat the skillet first!) Near mint condition and beautifully restored. If you are looking for the perfect fried egg, you’ve found your vessel.This is my second griswold from these folks, and I will keep coming back as they do a really terrific job.
