Included in the Gift Box

• Restored Griswold cornbread pan: a vintage cast iron 273 "corn pone" or cornbread bakeware piece selected individually from outside inventory for beautifully crisp cornbread baking.
• Handmade French rolling pin: selected in Spalted Maple or Dark Black Walnut, with a tapered shape for control when rolling pastry, cookie dough, pizza dough, and sourdough.
• Handmade Spalted Maple Turner: larger handmade maple turner suited to stirring, plating, serving, and working as a sourdough mixer.  Very sturdy piece to have.
• Handmade Sycamore and Black Walnut pot and pan scraper: useful for cast iron and bakeware cleanup.

Every wood tool is handmade from salvaged hardwood, so grain and tone naturally vary. Paired with restored cast iron bakeware, this set makes an especially meaningful gift for bakers and bread makers.
