For your consideration, this BSR number 3 century series skillet sits flat and it's perfect for all cook tops! Birmingham stove and range made 2 basic series', the Red Mountain and the Century Series. This skillet was made most likely in the 50's or 60s and has been fully restored with our oil blend. It's a great egg skillet for every day use and is beautiful in every way.
