Griswold‘s #6 Large Block Vintage Skillet, "699" is ready for you to add to your collection. It‘s smooth rounded bottom skillet replaced the previous vintage with heat rings. Almost perfect surface is glass smooth. Any gourmet kitchen needs a set of Griswolds to make it complete and this pan is a perfect gift idea! Light and durable its ready to use, as well as display!
IMPORTANT: This #6 spins on a flat surface so it is not suitable for glass or inductions. Its perfect for a gas range or electric coil! Why does it spin? Hard to say, but its usually from either damage or from just the casting process. No one anticipated cooking surfaces of glass back 100 years ago so flatness wasn‘t the primary concern. But correspondingly, the surface on this skillet is in fantastic shape!

I have number 3 through No,10 and No 14 Griswald cast iron pans and the matching covers except the cover for the No. 4 fry pan. I looking for that cover and No. 11. 12, 13, pans and covers. I would appreciate any help you could give me in securing these items. I would also like the No. 2 pan if you were to come across it.

Not perfectly cut, but a repurposed old number seven Griswold pan turned into a perfect utensil for me to use on my grill.
