Oh, my! This early "Griswold's Erie" 6141 is the third variation of 9, and a collectors piece for the gourmet baker or the home chef. For most bakeware pieces in the Griswold lineup, they changed the patterns over time, creating "variations" of each style. The six cup #18 (p/n 6141) had 9 known variations, and this one features the "Griswold's Erie" logo, reminiscent of the early 1900's series.
A FANTASTIC gift idea, and a performer in the kitchen. The open cup design that Griswold uses for many of their vintage pans creates a circulation that produces even cooking with wonderful results. This six cup piece is fully restored and seasoned with our oil blend, so it is ready to go to work in the oven. Its light, and easy to use for popovers, cupcakes, or Wellingtons! We only come across these every now and then so don't delay, get it before its gone!
