This #10 large block handled griddle by Griswold is a wonderful item to give to the gourmet cook in your life! The handled griddles were made in sizes 6 through 10 and are a very resourceful gift for the outdoor griller! Make pizzas, pancakes, or even bacon on this large griddle. The blocks are a bit harder to find in this size so you‘ll have a more difficult piece to source.

It’s pretty much exactly what I expected.
Not perfectly cut, but a repurposed old number seven Griswold pan turned into a perfect utensil for me to use on my grill.

I love the flop griddle. I been looking for one a long time. I intend to use it this winter when I start cooking on my wood burning cook stove.
This pan is fabulous. From the first egg, no sticking at all (as long as you don’t overheat the skillet first!) Near mint condition and beautifully restored. If you are looking for the perfect fried egg, you’ve found your vessel.This is my second griswold from these folks, and I will keep coming back as they do a really terrific job.
