This is a MONSTER of a square breakfast skillet! Often folks will ask us for a huge skillet to cook with. It is a mid Century era Century Series BSR, that sits flat and is great for all tops. We use ours on the grill when making chops or burgers that we want a nice sear but don't want the flame ups from fat.ย Also works of course well for bacon and eggs on theย Donโt miss this one!ย
