Griswold fans will want this dutch oven in their collection, and for the home chef, this is a must have piece for soups, stews, and slow roasting. This Griswold #8 Large Block, Tite-top Dutch Oven, has a fantastic surface and looks fantastic for its age. This one spins as do most of the dutch ovens of that time which would make contact on glass varied.Β  Β However it will not affect oven roasting in the least.
