This is a fantastic gift or collectible piece! Nathaniel Waterman (R&E made) produced cast iron products, typically gate-marked from the mid 1800‘s. This 11-cup Gem Biscuit Pan, is gate marked in the "cut-out" style for better heat circulation. We‘ve used these pans before and they are amazing at keeping crispiness around baking items. The pan has been fully stripped and restored our seasoning mix three times.
