Absolute stunner. 1907-1912 Griswold "Erie" #5 Skillet with Slant Logo and Heat Ring, 724. Ready to use.
There are your more commonly owned Griswolds, like the #8‘s, 3‘s etc..., and then there are the more difficult to find pans, like the 4‘s, 5‘s, etc... This #5 has a heat ring, slant logo and only the ERIE markings (Not the full EPU). #5‘s were less used in the early 1900‘s so their scarcity is more obvious than some of the others. It has been restored and seasoned three times and is ready for you to use. Amazing gift idea for someone that appreciates craftmanship and cooking at the same time. A great sized pan for those not willing to lift the heavy newer cast iron. Also perfect for any cook surface as it does not spin.
