This Griswold made "Iron Mountain" series, from the 1940's, carries the same weight in craftsmanship as the Griswold Marked skillets, but without the price tag! We LOVE the off-brand Griswolds for many reasons. This particular Iron Mountain series is both Griswold-light and Griswold-strong. It is a fantastic piece to add to your collection or as an everyday working piece of history in your kitchen. The pan has been restored and seasoned three times using our beef tallow based balm, and is ready to display and use. There are no noticeable cracks and the pan sits FLAT and without wobble on a glass surface. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did preparing it for you.
