If you‘ve ever owned a hammered finish vintage piece, you know that the finish on these is hard to beat. Many of the big names made unmarked CI pieces for department stores, and the hammered finishes remain to be incredibly popular. Wagner produced an extensive line of hammered skillets and dutch ovens as well. This particular dutch oven has been restored and seasoned three times with our oil blend and is all ready to get cooking!
IMPORTANT: The bottom sits flat which is rare for most dutch ovens! However there was some pitting that wore away some of the original unmarked bottom finish. We completely restored it so its no longer an issue. However the pitting is visible. A fantastic piece for someone that doesn‘t mind the bottom having some imperfection. The rest of the dutch is perfect!

It’s pretty much exactly what I expected.
Not perfectly cut, but a repurposed old number seven Griswold pan turned into a perfect utensil for me to use on my grill.

I love the flop griddle. I been looking for one a long time. I intend to use it this winter when I start cooking on my wood burning cook stove.
This pan is fabulous. From the first egg, no sticking at all (as long as you don’t overheat the skillet first!) Near mint condition and beautifully restored. If you are looking for the perfect fried egg, you’ve found your vessel.This is my second griswold from these folks, and I will keep coming back as they do a really terrific job.
