This #8 Dutch Oven, made by Griswold is a timeless classic for your modern kitchen. The HINGED matching lid has the coated underside, complete with baster rings. The dutch does NOT sit flat, which is common for this era of dutch ovens. There was not a bail manufactured with this edition so obviously it is not missing but rather has the contoured grip. This is a harder to find dutch oven, and both the lid and the dutch are in great shape. They have been restored and seasoned three times with our oil blend. We hope you enjoy this piece as much as we did restoring it!
