1930's Beautiful! Wagner #8 Dutch Oven with Sawtooth pattern Lid, 1268 B. Perfect for soups, breads or stews!
This beautiful 1268 Wagner #8 Dutch Oven has been restored and seasoned three times with our custom oil blend! Its a wonderful show piece and a fantastic tool for your savory soups and chili‘s. This dutch comes with the 1268 B ringed top, sawtooth matching lid as well. There is a lot of discussion around the "flatness" of holloware pieces, because so many of them were not made with concern for flatness back in the early 1900‘s. So it‘s a relatively new concern, and this one, like most Wagner dutch ovens has some spin to it. It does NOT sit perfectly flat, so if you are going to be using it on the stove top and have glass, it will work fine, it has about 80% contact at all times. However we suspect that most of its use will be on a campfire or in your oven!
