We LOVE this tougher to find Griswold 109 skillet griddle. Everyone should have one for their kitchen, as its so universally used. The kids use it for grilled cheese, omelets, quick heat and eat needs, etc... It does not sit flat so keep that in mind when purchasing. It will work on glass and induction because there is good contact, but it will work best on gas and electric coil. Keep heat low and slowly bring it up to temp.
